Modalities

Multimatic GmbH & Co. KG would like to point out that certain requirements must be met when returning spare parts.

The goods must be returned together with the fully completed return delivery bill to:

Deadlines

Defect-free spare parts must be returned for credit within 6 weeks of receipt of the goods.

In the case of defective goods, Multimatic must be notified in writing of any recognizable defects immediately upon receipt and of any other defects immediately upon their discovery. The defective goods must be returned to Multimatic immediately, enclosing the return delivery bill.

Conditions

The spare parts must be unused and packed in their original condition. The return of goods that are no longer as good as new is generally excluded. If this condition is not met, Multimatic reserves the right to refuse to take back the part or to reduce the amount to be credited.

Charges

The costs of returning the goods are generally borne by the purchaser of the goods. In the event of an incorrect delivery, the return of the goods is free of charge. In this case, please contact us.
